Experienced, respectful, trustworthy Str8 Gentleman 56, neat, clean-cut/tidy and quiet by nature. Courteous, friendly, sober and sane Trump supporter. MMMP with a limited disability. Looking for a live-on site campground host/managers salaried position to provide a beautiful, clean and safe space for the campers that want to connect with nature and the outdoors. I have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; basic computer skills, answering emails and handling telephone inquiries.

I offer a friendly face and down home hospitality welcoming campers, guests and patrons to the park. Greeting, registering, collecting payments, answering inquiries pertaining to campground policies and the ability to respectfully resolve conflicts peacefully. As the campground manager and host I can maintain and oversee the safety and security of the property, guests and staff, doing daily security patrols, simple water testing, with the ability and experience in maintaining the property and buildings, lawn mowing, road grading/snow plowing, building maintenance and general repairs.

I am knowledgeable and respectful of environmentally friendly sound practices to care for and manage your campground establishment, forests and property in a professional manner. Assist with shopping, ordering, deliveries, shipping and receiving, organizing, managing and maintaining inventory. Keeping the bathhouses clean, disinfected, supplied and stocked, etc. I have found that my standards for cleanliness and common sense are far above most others.

Including preventative mechanical maintenance for equipment and tools with meticulous attention to detail. Always following the recommended maintenance schedule recommendations, providing detailed records and receipts. Keeping things clean, safe and running smoothly thus saving you time, money and anxiety. Benefiting you with 24/7 safety over-sight of property security and mechanical operations. Handling any emergency's that arise from my daily safety inspection. Contact and schedule appointments for emergency repairs when you're not there, providing supervision of contractors and vendors in a professional manner.
