I’m in search of a young, finically stable candidate (preferable female but all applicants still welcome) to take over my lease at the end of September 2020 for my 2b 2b apartment, split with one roommate. The lease itself will end in May 2021 and the apartment is located near NCSU in a quite, safe neighborhood. Cats & dogs, that aren’t considered aggressive, are allowed with a $200 deposit.
Apartment includes private room & bathroom with a shared kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and patio. Roommate you’ll be sharing with works most, if not all, days of the week, & doesn’t have parties/ rarely has anyone over (over all a quite roommate). Preferably looking for a young female but applicable males would be accepted as well! All bills are split in half. My portion: Rent is $634/month, water about $20/month, utilities $90/month, and WiFi which is $45/month. Second story apartment, apx 900 sqft, pretty spacey for an apartment. Indoor & outdoor storage in the unit as well! Complex comes with a gym, pool, grilling area, basket ball courts, dog park, laundry mat, and amazon lockers.
Great area, great apartment, but I am having to move closer to work! It’s been kept clean & have had no issues with the space itself! Apartment manger & maintenance crew are fabulous people. Neighbors are quiet and friendly! Always lots of parking spaces available right in front of the unit. Summit by Avent Ferry is the name of the apartment complex. Move in date can be flexible.
Rental requirements: (for the apartment complex)
Must fill out an online application with an app fee of $55 (please message me for the application link if you’re wanting to apply). Have to pass credit check & background check.
Must have proof of income: pay stubs. Or if you’re self employed, tax documents and/or bank statements are fine.
Income must be twice the amount of rent.
