There is no kitchen on-site as it caused problems. Occupants will purchase a microwave and small refrigerator and do fine. No kitchen, no problems! Bathroom is shared. Wi-Fi available. No pets accepted.
A security deposit is required which would be half of the monthly asked rent. We do prorate and negotiate based off the move in date. You must provide proof of all income as well as photo identification at the time of showing. If you are working, you must provide at least three most resent pay stubs. If you are on social security then you must provide a recent copy of an award letter. Please do not bother to contact me if you do not have the required first month and deposit available to move in please. This is first come first serve. Serious inquiries only.
