Description

IMMIGRATION MATTERS, Visas, Green Card, Citizenship, Sponsorship, Deportation Matters. Lawyer Lilin Ciccarone has been serving immigrants in difficult cases for over 20 years. We speak in Polish, Spanish and Chinese! Our office is in Long Island City. CMA LAW GROUP, PLLC

There are many ways to obtain legal status in the USA, you can apply for sponsorship through your family or employer as well as through EB-5- investment visa. Nowadays the easiest and fastest way to receive a Green Card is through the employer, applications are being processed pretty quickly and the wait time for the actual Green Card is not as long.

Many factors are taken into consideration when applying for Permanent Residency in the States. One of the major factors is the applicant’s criminal records. Many mistakenly can assume that since they have been arrested or convicted of committing any crime are automatically disqualified and should not even bother applying. However, the law says that only crimes that involve moral turpitude disqualify the potential candidate of receiving his or her legal status. The question is what crimes are these? The law does not give the exact definition of the crime involving moral turpitude? Judges however through their decisions drew certain lines and narrow it down. Our immigration attorney Mrs. Lilin Ciccarone for the past 20 years has been helping others with this kind of inquiries and has been successfully solving all immigration cases of her clients, including many polish clients.
