Sternwheel propulsion, wheel is 8'wide by 10' tall and 20 buckets
Max bridge clearance 22 ft
2 main and 2 monkey rudders
4 watertight compartments
8 bilge pumps (2 each compartment)
Hull is 1/4" steel.
Weight, approximately 30 ton
LOA is 56', including ramp 72', beam 14', deck 16', drafts 24 inches and 24" freeboard
Hull depth is 47" plenty of storage space and deep enough to work in
All deck is steel with 2" foam under bamboo flooring, things will not freeze inside #2 and 3 hulls
2- 8' aluminum side planks for reaching banks not accessible from the bow
Engine: 4BT Cummins Diesel, 400 Turbo Hydromatic transmission, water cooled
Equipped with 4 - 6" X 6" X 12' spuds, each drop 8' below the hull bottom, winch driven saving beaching which ruins hull paint also used to stabilize the boat when dropped to act as a counter to wind and storms.
30 to 1 gear reduction, all mechanical and virtually unbreakable.
6 part banded pulley acts as a slippage point if something get hung-up in the wheel
2 heat exchangers, one each for engine fluid and transmission.
Cruise speed 6 mph, max 8 mph
24 Gallon day tank
250 gals fuel in 2 steel tanks 3/16" all steel
2 - 100 gals fresh water tanks that can be filled and or used seperately
Wiring is all Marine boat wiring both 12Volt DC and 120 AC
Raratan Electroscan sewage system, no holding tank needed or the cost of removal
Champion 3500-4000w generator runs everything with little fuel consumption
5 solar panel array (top now) with 4 deep cycle batteries linked and a 3000W continuous power and 6000W surge PS1004 inverter
Engine also has 2 batteries linked
Propane heat. (2 - 100lb tanks)
Cobra Marine D.S.C radio
TV's both downstairs and up.
Ramp, with electrically driven hoist.
Restroom with sink, medicine cabinet, tile shower stall and pocket door.
Hardwood bamboo floor downstairs, carpet upper deck.
3 burner gas cook stove and refrigerator
Electric and air driven horns.
Stereo system with speakers throughout and CD players controlled from the wheelhouse.
Oak cabinets microwave and refrigerator freezer in kitchen
Safety equipment includes several fire extinguishers and 30+ life vests as per COI
Everything goes, tools, extra oil and antifreeze, furniture, many boxes of bolts paint brushes electrical equipment wiring etc: Everything needed to get in and drive away other than personal paintings and pictures it all goes with the boat.
Paperwork on virtually everything ever installed on this boat goes with it including approx. 300 page book on the motor and river charts too.
Newly built post with eyelet that will allow tying off while going through locks from the top deck. No need to have someone below out of sight where they can't be seen when locking through. It also allows a single person to run the boat and lock through by themselves.
Tires along each side act as cushions against other boats and docks, also works great as a rub bar when locking through.
Highly recommended vessel in very well maintained condition.
Survey rebuild has been estimated to be $735,000. Estimated fair market value at $195,000.
