As a maturing senior who thrives on living independently, staying in your home and maintaining your lifestyle is of top priority.
Yet as life causes changes, sometimes we need unique ways to have you remain comfortably independent…and I can help!
As a caregiver with 20+ years of experience in senior care, my goal is to keep you in your home, safe, healthy, & in good spirits. Depending on your needs, that can mean simple things like running errands and doing laundry, or more involved care. We work together to find exactly the right amount of care that's comfortable for your situation.
Curious what our service looks like?
Here are two examples:
Ellie is an at home client, 95, she had a bad fall and extensive care until she recovered. Currently, she has us in for 3 hours, 5 days a week. We went to the Monet exhibit in Denver in January 2020, and usually do something like dinner & a movie every other month.
Another client is 97, he has four hours of care per day, two in the morning and two in the evening. He’s planning to add me to his schedule to be more confident he can live independently until he's 100.
These are examples of standard care.
As an independently minded senior, your next priority is probably managing your finances.
Basic Care cost is around $1,200- $1,500 per month.
Standard Care cost between $1,890- $3,640 per month.
Advanced Care is from $4,600 & up.
End of Life Care can cost $30,000 per month.
Live-in care is dependent on day use of services, from $4,800-10,000.
If you are not quite ready to hire me on a regular basis, let’s keep you going and prevent any avoidable issues with an in-home safety and planning assessment! Using my years of expertise in senior care, medical, and helping professions, we’ll troubleshoot your home for:
• fall prevention measures
•care plans for end of life
•medical information & safety personnel easy access in an emergency.
Cost: $300 for an 2 hour assessment and write up, plus assistance in purchasing and installing the items we have agreed to to insure your best health & safety.
While it may be tempting to just keep things the way they are, Basic Care is much more affordable than the time and expense of recovering from an avoidable accident. We can insulate you against injuries, sickness, & mental decline, and also increase your daily fun factor! Staying independent is about more than just living, it’s about thriving, enjoying companionship and the things life has to offer!
