Looking for a live-in caregiver (female preferred) to assist elderly male in his private home with tasks including regular house choirs, healthy meal preparation, grocery shopping, washing clothes, house cleaning & organizing, picking up medications, transport to some doctor appointments and other related duties.  Help is needed for friendly man in good spirits that is mentally sharp that needs assistance and campanionship. Has a beautiful cozy house and will provide a furnished private bedroom and bathroom to live in rent free in exchange for services.  Candidate is able to have a job elsewhere and also assist at his home.  Care and choirs/errands are not required all day.  However, a compensation may also be negotiated.
