Can homosexuals and other sinners that truly repent be forgiven? The answer is yes!
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
[The word “all” means what? It means all humans, everyone, no one is excluded].
1 Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
[Don't allow yourself to be deceived! Those who continue doing wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God! Can it be said any clearer? Those who indulge in sexual sin, worship idols, commit adultery, prostitution, or are effeminate. This word "effeminate" is "malakos" a catamite or young boy prostitute. “Abusers of themselves with mankind”. What does that mean? See for yourself in a Strong's Exhaustive Concordance (free online, try it). “Effeminate” = word # G 3120. “Abusers of themselves with mankind” = word # G 733].
1 Corinthians 6:10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
[No thieves, greedy people, drunkards, abusive people, cheaters or scammers will enter the Kingdom of God. (Galatians 5:19-21). If you claim to be Christian and continue in this kind of unrepentant lifestyle, you are just fooling yourself. Revelation 21:7-8 tells us who makes it into the eternity and who doesn't].
1 Corinthians 6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
[Some of you were once like those described in verses 9 and 10, but now you have repented and are made right with God in Jesus' name and by the Holy Spirit].

Psalm 145:18 [You can't lie to God; your repentance must be truthful! Verses 19 and 20 are important also. The end of verse 20 tells you what happens to the unrepentant, wicked folks].
Isaiah 59:2 [Sin separates us from God; we must get rid (truly repent) of it to draw nigh to Him].
Matthew 12:31 [all manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men, not just some kinds of sin, but all].
John 3:16 [“Whomsoever” means what? Is anyone excluded here]?
Acts 17:30 [God commands all men to repent. Does God exclude anyone here]?
1 John 2:9 and 11 [Not a good idea to hate, exclude, condemn, etc. How many actually know this]?
See Romans 3:23 again. [No one is any better than anyone else; we “all” fall short. Is anyone excluded here]?
