Gurkha Building Service Ltd is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor NOC 62024

Duties and responsibilities as Cleaning Supervisor but not limited. 

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and monitoring performance.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and support to staff members to ensure high-quality work.
• Plan and organize daily cleaning schedules, ensuring that all designated areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
• Monitor and inspect cleaned areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ensure the proper use of cleaning products, tools, and equipment to achieve optimal results and prevent damage.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Order and restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure that staff has access to necessary resources for their tasks.
• Conduct regular quality checks to verify the effectiveness of cleaning processes and identify areas that require improvement.
• Address and rectify any issues related to cleaning quality promptly.
• Report and address any safety hazards or concerns in the cleaning environment.
• Identify training needs for cleaning staff and coordinate training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new cleaning technologies.
• Assist in budget planning by providing input on staffing requirements, supply needs, and equipment maintenance costs.
