Description of The Job
This positiob is resposible for creating cleaner and healthier enviroments for our clients, buildings and grounds by preforming the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other task can be assigned;
- Preform all cleaning task of the facilities using the products, tolls and procedures provided by Service Master.
- Cleaning task include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, moving furniture and equipment etc.
- Maintian inventory of supplies and equipments.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment when neccesary.
- Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience as a concierge, concierge, house keeper is bonus but not required either.
- Will provide on-the-job training for those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Work experience for a professional cleaning company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is an asset.
- The ability to be flexible, work at fast pace and multitask is a must.
- Contribute to a postivie work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort, including consistent, reliable and timley use.
- Has respect and understanding for co-workers and clients.
- Must be able to communicate English.
Demands And Physical Qualifications
- Steady (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, rocking,crouching, kneeling, croaking, twisting, reaching over-head, reaching foward.
- Must be able to list and ant./or carry 25 pounds
- Ability to read cleaning instuctions
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning prducts and uses.
