This is a PMA Colgate Palmolive. Ad Premium Doll. It is an Incline Walker Vintage circa 1952. He measures 6" tall and is made of Hard plastic. The Paint has some wear, but is very bright. He features Blue side eyes that open and close. His Arms and Legs move. This little guy is quite muscular.
