I have 1 office room that I am renting in my office space.  I have 10 rooms and 1 of them I don't use.  It is fully furnished with desk/file and upper cabinet divider purple, 2 chairs, 1 office chair, carpeting, and a large picture on the wall. It is about 8x13 size.  We are a facility that teach and work with adults and children teaching martial arts, piano, tutoring, etc. So, it would need to be compatible.  We require criminal, credit, and financial background check.  I'm asking only $450 per month, plus $50 for electricity and $25 for wifi totaling $525 monthly.  Renters have access to the 1 office, as well as lunch area, bathrooms, and 2 common areas.
