The unique benefit of this product is you can get a loan for 100% of the purchase price and rehab costs, up to 65% of ARV, keeping as much cash in your pocket as possible!
Our Lender will lend on multifamily up to 10 units and on mixed-use with at least 50% residential space.
For ground up Constructions some experience with larger rehab projects required for this program. At least one project completed and a 660+ credit score. Land must be purchased and the base must be poured with a building permit.
