Owner-user requirement. Successful architectural firm looking to purchase a 3500-4500 square foot building (would consider a slightly larger multi-tenant property) in the Northeast Submarket.
White Bear Lake is preferred but will consider properties south of White Bear, North of St. Paul and east of Minneapolis (NOT in Minneapolis).
Prefers existing. Would like a more open concept with character. Need parking for 10-12 people.
Timing is ASAP - Would like to be in by the end of 2020 (or early 2021 at the latest).
