Job Title: Formwork Carpenter

Hours of Work: 40hrs per week

Wage: $28.85/hour

Benefit: 4% of vacation pay each pay period. Extended Health Benefit after 3 months probation.

• Job Duties:

-Prepare the layout of the project using measuring tools.

-Vertical forming and stripping.

-Curb and planter forming and stripping.

-Deck, beam side, floater forming and stripping.

-Fit, Foot forming and striping.

-Work as a team member and supervise apprentices and other construction workers.

• Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of Secondary School.

Experience: 2~3 years of related experience OR,

Completion of a three to four-year apprenticeship program, OR

A combination of over four years of work experience in the trade and some high school, college or industry courses.
