I have a small estate services company and am looking for a reliable Handyman in Dade or Broward County. I pay every friday or same day. 

Work is straightforward and for bigger projects I will give you a list.

Work decscription; property and facility maintenance including drywall repair, small concrete/stucco repair, indoor/outdoor paint, small sink/toilet repairs, installing small light fixtures, installing appliances, swapping door handles, installing shelves, mounting TV's/Screens, etc 

Measuring, taking informaton, taking pictures, texting picutres is also a key part while on the job. 

I provide materilas. You use your own tools. Please let me know if you do not have tools but are skilled.  

You will need your own transportation.

This job is not full time but can be. We can start small and introduce you to bigger projects. 

First Job Is in West Dade, Near SW 127th Ave and SW 8th Street.
