Purple Mountain Builders is looking for an experienced Framing Superintendent 
Job Description:

• Coordinate with Subcontractors for the installation of work including planning, logistics, and procedures
• Ambassador of Purple Mountain Builders to General Contractor and Subcontractors for the resolution of issues
• Create detailed schedules to assist Project manager, Superintendents, Foreman, and labor subcontractors for the implementation of work. Assist subcontractors with adherence to those schedules
• Ensure Quality through Purple Mountain Builder’s RAKEN program including proper installation, backout, punchlist and general quality.
• Specifically:
•      Conduct first day inspections
•      Conduct scheduled inspections
• In coordination with General Contractor:
•      Daily reports
•      Safety Inspections
•      Safety trainingo Schedule updates
•      QA/QC inspections 
•      Notices
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent and Subcontractors for the delivery of material, storage, and management of all materials
• Ensure the proper use and application of identified materials
• Manage subcontracted labor associated with scope. Track and report production of Subcontractors
• Handle Job labor relationso Facilitate dispute resolution
• Attend on-going weekly coordination meetings between Purple Mountain Builders and General Contractor
• Supervise/monitor Subcontractors for completion of critical tasks
• Review and detail drawings, submittals, and RFIs integral to the scope of work
• Perform other duties and take on other responsibilities as required
• Education / Experience:
• We are looking for a Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience at the Superintendent level working on multi-family construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is desired, but not required.
• Experience using Procore, RAKEN and PlanSwift highly
