Key Performance Area : 

Conduct thorough research to identify potential vendors, both locally and globally. For CR steel strips, wires, Fittings, production consumables, and packaging.
Evaluate and compare offers from suppliers across different regions.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements.
Implement cost improvement projects to agreed metrics.
Track orders to ensure timely delivery, especially for both domestic and imported materials.
Collaborate with logistics teams to manage customs clearance and shipping processes.
Review the quality of purchased products, including compliance with engineering specifications.
Monitor stock levels and proactively place orders based on production schedules / forecasts.
Coordinate with production, quality control, and engineering teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Manage any supply disruptions due to geopolitical factors or transportation delays.
Create reports related to purchase cost analysis and implement cost reduction Plans.
Understand the impact of tariffs, duties, and taxes on overall procurement costs.
Monitor slow moving over aged inventory and take corrective actions.
