Job Description   
Primary Accountabilities:
Strategic Leadership: Create and carry out an effective quality assurance plan that is in line with corporate objectives, making sure that quality standards are met.
Team management: Assist in the development, leadership, and mentoring of the quality assurance team, offering direction and encouragement to guarantee excellence and career advancement.
Establish and uphold strong quality control procedures to guarantee adherence to legal requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Compliance and Audits: Manage both internal and external audits, making sure that quality systems adhere to regulations and quickly resolving any findings or non-conformities.
Continuous Improvement: To increase product quality and operational efficiency, lead continuous improvement efforts through data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
Customer Focus: Work together with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints, quality issues, and customer feedback in a timely manner.
