 Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for craft recruitment and training programs.
• Approve workforce job requirements and review work accomplished by each craft.
• Review craft time records using established automated tools.
• Review and approve major equipment mobilization and demobilization.
• Responsible for implementing corporate project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned electrical work activities or applicable project-specific policies and procedures.
• Organize with General Foreman and Foreman to hire electrical craft labor to execute work.
• Organize with other discipline superintendents with established building or area construction work activities and plans.
• Lead the preparation and implementation of the 3-week look-ahead and four-week rolling schedule and budget control with support from Field Engineering and Project Controls.
