Hiring on Tool Room Incharge and makine analysis breakdown identification 
1) Trouble shooting and trial taking of moulds.
2) Maintenance of running moulds, breakdown analysis and root cause identification of breakdown.
Tool Design: Create creative and effective tool designs in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturing process. To produce intricate design drawings and requirements, use CAD software.
Working with cross-functional teams, develop tool prototypes and assess their functionality. Make the required modifications and enhancements to guarantee peak performance.
Material Selection: Choose the right materials for the creation of tools by taking into account aspects like cost-effectiveness, durability, and compatibility with production procedures.
Manufacturing Oversight: To supervise the production and assembly of tools, collaborate closely with the tool room staff and outside vendors. Throughout the production process, make sure that the design parameters and quality standards are followed.
