Hiring on Admin Manager and executive
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle office supply orders and inventory
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate with building management for office maintenance
Assist in travel arrangements for staff
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Organize and maintain files and records
Assist with event planning and coordination
Support other departments as needed
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Salary: Begins from 35K
Qualification: BE/Any basic graduation
Exp: 2-3 yrs
