Hiring on Purchase executive 
Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with business objectives and production schedules.
Source and maintain relationships with suppliers of raw materials (gold, gemstones, etc.) and production components.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely supply of materials to meet production deadlines.
Collaborate with the production and design teams to forecast demand and ensure materials are available for new product lines and special orders.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and cost-saving initiatives.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and new product developments relevant to jewelry manufacturing.
