  Possess experience recruiting in the IT industry; 
  Liaising with hiring managers to comprehend specifications and suitable skill sets in order to guarantee that we can fulfill present and future resource requires
  Complete the initial screening interview of potential candidates;
   Suggest creative solutions to sourcing challenges
Effectively use appropriate sourcing channels (Portals, advertising, networking, employee referral program);
   Monitor recruitment sourcing methods and make recommendations to improve applicant attraction;   Should be able to close the position as soon as possible.
  Salary: Begins from 25k
  Qualification: MBA 
  Exp: 2-3 yrs
