The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City has an opening for a full-time Senior Trainer.
The successful candidate will analyze training needs, develop and delivers training programs, consults with personnel, prepares training materials, maintains records of training, and may manage LMS. Conducts instructor led classes in small and large groups and one-on-one training environments.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Adult Education, I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Development, or Instructional Design and 48 months training-related experience.
Skills: Demonstrated mastery of teaching and facilitating highly effective classroom training programs to adult learners; demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams to high performance; intermediate/advanced level diagnostic and consultative organizational development experience primarily in areas of change management, performance management, engagement and organizational effectiveness; a proven track record of designing highly effective classroom training programs to adult learners.
Salary: up to $57,400 annually + benefits
