Comply with, enhance, and interpret the company's quality assurance requirements.
Continue to process complaints and nonconformance using tracking systems and records, root cause analysis, and remedial measures.
Keep records of your quality assurance efforts through internal reports and audits.
Improve production and design standards, establish testing procedures, and implement them for all service lines.
Determine the requirement for training and take steps to guarantee compliance across the entire business.
Continue your education to stay up to date on new techniques, tools, and knowledge.
Accountabilities
Plan, carry out, and supervise the testing and inspection of products to ensure that they meet quality standards and deliverables.
Track, record, and report quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs to support operations.
Examine complaints about poor product quality, and make sure that the matter is resolved in compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
Qualification: Any basic graduation /BE
SALARY: 40-60K BASED ON EXPERIENCE ITS NEGOTIABLE
