Should be able to develop and handle teams, should be able to understand and explain changes in tax structures , should be familiar with tally, should be able to understand and work compliance related work like tax deducted at source, tax collected at source, GST , should be able to make entries for purchase, sales, receipts 
Skills:
should be tech familiar, should be willing to work in teams, should be willing to update tax related changes constantly , should have grasp of numbers
