Skillset: Basic sales and service skills with a minimum of 6 months of experience or freshers, with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with existing customers.
Adhere to the Code of Conduct prescribed by Conneqt & the Client.
Follow the processes and procedures laid down by Conneqt & the Client.
Achieve set targets in line with client SLAs.
Qualification : Considered Graduate/Undergraduate resources
Language: Hindi/ Vernacular Languages
Operation Window: 9am- 6 pm, 6 days in week.
