Job description
  Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products at manufacturer s premises
  Review manufacturer s ITP
  Review Material Requisitions for inspection requirement
  Conduct In process and Factory Accept test of static and rotating equipment as per ITP
  Prepare / Review QA/QC reports regarding inspections, material and nonconformance issues.
  Verify all necessary corrective actions are carried out in timely manner.
  Ensure all equipment and special tools are available and suitably calibrated with valid certificates.
  Functional test of E&I materials such as Switchgears, Panels, MCC, Motors, control valves, VSD and ESDV s.
  Attendance at FAT and SAT of all primary PLC, control and Fire and Gas systems.
  Perform QS&I coordination activities as per project requirement
