Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the desired objectives.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure desired results are achieved.
Analyze sales data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Identify business opportunities and develop new products and services.
Ensure all sales activities are compliant with the bank s policies and procedures.
Develop and manage the team s budget.
Provide ongoing training and development for team members.
