Role & responsibilities
- To prepare project specification as per the client requirement
- Design & development of single line diagrams for power distribution at different voltage levels.
- Equipment sizing calculation such as transformer sizing, D.G. set sizing, UPS sizing, battery sizing, APFC sizing, HT/LT Cable sizing.
- Design engineering calculations such as cable voltage drop calculation, earthing system design calculation, lighting (indoor/outdoor) design calculation, lightning system design calculation etc.
- Preparation of electrical substation layout drawing.
- Preparation of power & cable tray layout drawing for process and non-process building.
- Preparation of lighting layout drawing for process and non-process building.
- Preparation of earthing layout drawing for process and non-process building.
- Preparation of lightning protection layout drawing.
- Preparation of electrical tender (Including issue of bid enquiry, technical & commercial bid evaluation and finally technically recommendation).
- Preparation of load list, cable schedule & bill of material for various electrical items.
- Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.'
