Senior Waiver Service Provider
Pathways, Inc. is currently recruiting for Senior Waiver Service Provider and Waiver Service Provider (WSP) staff for our Bridges to Health (B2H) program. We are looking for staff througout the following counties: Steuben, Chemung, Monroe, Ontario, Yates, Schyuler, Topkins, and Tioga to work with youth in those areas.
This relief (per diem 0-40hrs) position will work with foster care children and their families to provide a variety of services that are designed to assist the youth/family in acquiring, developing and accessing functional skills and supports (both social and environmental) needed to function more successfully in community environments. The schedule will meet the needs of the client.
•The Senior WSP must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field plus one year of experience in providing services to children and families with Mental Health Difficulties/Developmental Disabilities is preferred. Minimum qualifications include: A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field required with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing services to children and families with Mental Health Difficulties/Developmental Disabilities is required.
