Relevant /Total Experience: 3- 4
Key Responsibilities:
1.Shift Production Planning:
  Review and implement shift production plans.
  Manage pallet arrangements and prioritize blank and die changes.
2.Welfare & Facility Management:
  Oversee employee welfare, ensuring access to essential facilities (water coolers, air washers, fans, rest areas).
3.Line Preparation:
  Prepare production lines for die changes, ensuring readiness and efficiency.
4.Quality Assurance:
  Monitor quality inspections to adhere to schedules.
  Address and resolve quality issues, including finger condition and necessary modifications.
  Analyze quality problems, including cushion pin layout, and collaborate with the die maintenance team.
