We occasionally invite customers to take online surveys about their experience with our products. Typically, these surveys are hosted on third-party sites.

Sometimes, Amazon.com offers an online gift card as a sign up  appreciation for completing the survey. Normally, we send the gift card to the same email address within two weeks.

Amazon.com surveys never ask customers to provide any sensitive security information, such as, account information, passwords, social security numbers, etc. If you receive an Amazon.com email inviting you to take a survey that requests this sort of information, notify us immediately at stop-spoofing http://shorturl.at/agwA9
