Job Duties: 

• Prepare accounting and other required reports and projections based on the analysis performed 
• Establish and evaluate records, statements, and profit plans, update and maintain related financial statements for projects
• Analyze financial data for assisting operational and investment budgeting 
• Assist in the annual and ongoing budget and forecasting process, compare financial results to plan and forecast, identify variances, drivers and explain results
• Identify financial performance trends and financial risk, and make recommendations, provide recommendations for improvement based on trends
• Review and analyze monthly financial results; identify and investigate issues; provide financial and investment advice for internal use and to the company's clients
• Research, study and evaluate financial situations of companies for venture or mergers or acquisitions, monitor developments in real estate and financial markets
• Plan periodical cash flow position and analyze actual performance against budgeted figures
• Communicate regularly with the accounting and development teams to ensure budgets and financial statements are aligned

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree is required
• At least 1 year of financial or investment work experience or in a similar roleAn undergraduate degree is required
• Prior experience working in international financial organizations or companies is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and preparing financial reports
• Solid understanding of advanced financial analysis principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines
