- Terms: Amortization up to 30 years (5, 7, or 10-year hybrid).
- Program A: Rates range between 6.00 - 7.00% for clients with 680
FICO & up. Tax returns & bank statements will be required for this
- Program B: Rates between 6.50 - 9.00% for clients with 650 FICO &
up. No tax returns required, but 3 months bank states & current rent
roll will be required.
- Program C: Rates between 7.50 - 10.00% for clients with 550 FICO &
