Some of the lifts I have achieved are a 600lb Squat, a 400lb Bench Press, a 750lb Deadlift, and a 300lb Shoulder Press. I have also done chinups, pullups, dips with heavy weight and high reps and also can effortlessly do pushups. I have big muscles because of the way I train.
