I wanted to utilize my specialized knowledge and people skills in a more non-traditional way.

Here is a little about me:

• I'm an empath! Empaths are highly sensitive individuals who are attuned to the emotions and energies of others. For as long as I can remember, I've had a natural ability to connect with people and to put myself in their shoes.

​My education background includes:

• B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Human Sexuality from California State University Northridge 
• M.S. in Counseling from California State University Long Beach (300+ hours of counseling experience)

In 2020, I coined the title 'The Professional Friend.' I felt it described my role perfectly. 

I am your empathic life consultant who is knowledgeable, comfortable, and easy to talk to about topics relating to psychology, human sexuality, and interpersonal/social dynamics.

I am a friend, support person, a listener, and a resourceful sounding board. You can talk and I can listen; just as a good friend would.

I'm an open minded, multicultural, and non-judgmental person who is here to provide my affordable consulting services to the community.
