DESCRIPTION:
This stunning chandelier was hand-blown by artisans in Murano, Italy- the island off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for its superlative glass production. It features a glass sphere in a mix of colors, steel blue, bottle green, clear, opaline, and grey suspended, from an aluminum body, to create a sputnik form. Each disc is made by hand and features a textured or smooth glass. With its clean modernist lines and impeccable quality Murano glass, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling, blending perfectly with any style of interior from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. The height can be adjusted to suit.  The Orbital Chandelier was inspired by Fresnel lenses illuminating the lighthouses along the Rhode Island coast.
