I’m looking for a serious and responsible Landlord to rent a unit from. 
I am looking for a studio or a 1 or 2 bedroom unit in Broward county max 1,600 (Rent must be within rent payment standards)

I am hard working, clean, serious, no-nonsense and no drama person who is the recipient of a program that pays my rent for a whole year to start with with the possibility of extending it for longer later on.

-I’m looking for a clean, decent and safe unit I can call home.
-I work everyday M-F
-I speak 3 languages 
-I’m college graduated 
-I’m a professional working lady
-I don’t do drugs 
-I don’t like arguments nor drama

The rental will be for me only and I do have a support animal, with papers (he’s a little kitty) that doesn’t even know he’s not human.
Please note that after meeting with me and if we want to work together, landlord will fill the paperwork to start receiving their rent with no delay, no hassle, no excuses and no problems electronically at the beginning of the month once the lease is signed.
