This is corporate job transfer situation. We plan to take job transfer end of MAY - JUNE '23. Do you have a rental property coming up on market that time?

We live in rental houses for many years.

We're a responsible family with excellent credit, kids, no pets, non-smoking, and very clean. We're financially stable and take great pride in our living spaces - you can trust that we would treat any rental as if it were our own. We can provide previous rental references from property owners and PM.

Enough about us,.... here's what we're hoping to find:

Larger 3+ Bedroom House. We need unfurnished property preferably with appliances (fridge and laundry). Assigned high score public Elementary and Middle Schools are the must. We'd like to move in end of May - June.
