I am looking for a (TEMPORARY) furnished rental for around 6 months as a month to month lease, with option to either end it early or extend it further (with a month's notice.) Ideally it would be a 1B/1B or a studio apartment with a private entrance. Alternately, we would consider a room in a very quiet home (no children, no pets) where we would have a large bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom Move in would be around Nov. 4. We are looking to secure a place and put down a deposit by Oct. 4th.

I am looking for a place where I can work remotely in a reliably quiet environment.

It would be for myself and my mother (retirement age) whom I take care of. We both have stable incomes. In addition to a quiet environment, we are looking to rent in a place that is clean, mold-free, smoke-free, and dander-free (no pets, please). All of these are non-negotiable for us.

Please also no: places with stairs, loud environments, frequent visitors, rowdiness, or dwellings where more than one room is being rented.

Monthly rental budget that is listed is a ballpark figure that is dependent on utilities included and type of rental, amount listed though is our max budget for a 1B/1B or studio apartment / suite.

We are quiet people who prefer a calm and peaceful living space for the duration we will be renting. We are looking to rent from someone who Is quiet like ourselves; preferably also a professional.
