Seeking a 2 bedroom rental. 1 bathroom is ok, 2 would be preferable. Bottom floor unit only or a single house would be fine. Hopefully with water included in the rent. This is for 2 working adults, my son and myself. No felonies, no convictions, no evictions. We are both mainly quiet homebodies and keep to ourselves. Drama free. We are both non-smokers. We have 1 adult indoor cat and a 36 gallon fish tank. We are having to move because our landlord has decided to sell our current place. We have been there 3 years now and we have never once been late on rent and have a current letter of recommendation from my landlord. I don't have the greatest credit because I'm recently divorced and my son has no credit established yet but we always pay our bills first and foremost. We are looking to spend no more than $1500 a month which is very difficult to find these days with the housing market being the way it is today. Do you have anything in a decent neighborhood in Fort Myers only? That's where we both work and we want to live there again. Please be legit and honest when you reach out to me.
