My fiance (32M) and I (32F) just need an outdoor electrical outlet and bathroom access.
We are currently touring the state in our conversion van. We already have a bed, electric generator, and AC in our van; it's liveable 24-7.
The only amenities we would need is access to the bathroom and an electrical outlet that we can charge our electric generator and run our AC during the hot Florida nights.
We have parked in our friend's driveways and typically only cost approximately 60$/month in electric, so we are looking for someone who could let us run our extension cord to an outdoor outlet and a bathroom as needed.
Monthly rates can be determined during conversation, but looking for a driveway/yard in the next couple of weeks due to our current house sitting gig coming to a close.
We do not need a room, we sleep in our van, we just need an electrical outlet and access to a bathroom as needed.
We also do not have company, we will be mostly secluded in the van other than recharging and bathroom breaks.
