As a very clean, quiet and logical person who consistently pays rent on time as well, I am seeking a place that preferably has a fenced yard in it to put a tent in it to stay at. Please let me know if you are interested.

And also if you have a clean apartment available, with my minor allergy side effects, I could look at it to possibly rent that out instead.
