Job Description: We are seeking a talented Online Media Specialist to join our growing team. • Use analytics tools to track the performance of online media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all online channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online media and marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in online media, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $25-$50 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
