CNC Milling Set-Up Machinist (1st Shift) - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 24-00676

Hourly Rate: $27.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.

Cleveland area company is seeking a CNC Milling Set-Up Machinist. The CNC Milling Set-Up Machinist will be doing R&D prototype work within a specialized team within the company. This individual will learn specialized CNC laser technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CNC Certifications desired
• Must 5 years' minimum CNC Milling Set-Up experience.
• Horizontal and/or vertical milling experience required.
• Must be capable of working on intricate, delicate features under a microscope (feature size as small as .0004”).
• Laser cutting/welding or marking experience is a plus.
• Experience handling flat and tubular product preferred.
• Must have excellent math skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Must have a good understanding with GD&T is required.
• Must understand inspection procedures.
• Must be able to make offsets.
• Experience with 4 or 5 axis required.
• Must have cutter/tool compensation experience.
