Food Production Supervisor Job Description
To oversee the production of fresh, dry, and frozen filled pasta operation.
Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
MUST HAVE PRIOR FOOD PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE.
Keep accurate USDA/FDA HACCP documentation ( HACCP Certification required – training provided)
Schedule and manage employees for daily production.
Prepare fillings to specifications consistently.
Order raw materials for production
Approve product labels for accuracy
Collaborate with plant manager on production quantities and production schedule
- Mechanical ability is plus.
