Workline Solutions is hiring for the following shifts:

Positions available: Machine Operators and Setup Operators

1st 5:30am-2pm @$17.50

2nd 1:30-10pm @$18.50

3rd 9:30pm-6am @$20.50

These positions are a temp to hire.

General Operator - This position covers a variety of skill sets within the production plant, creeling and weaving carbon fiber using machinery and equipment

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

General Assignments

• Works in a safe manner and reports unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor
• Understands quality policy and his/her role in producing a quality product
• Reports daily to his/her assigned area
• Achieves required efficiencies as defined by task assigned
• Maintains required traceability of AS91000
• Completes/Maintains required paperwork/labeling for assigned task
• Produces a quality product
• Maintains a clean and tidy work area, performs required cleaning at end of shifts

Knowledge and Skills

• Familiarity with a Manufacturing environment
• Must demonstrate oral, written, and reading comprehension of the English language.
• Critical Thinking- Using logic and reasoning to identify the solution to problems.
• Communication with others to convey information effectively
• Must possess basic math skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to collaborate in a team environment to complete objectives on time
• Must be reliable, adaptable, and open to change
• Must have own, reliable transportation
• Must be available to work Overtime and open to rotating weekend shifts as assigned

Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday, possible overtime (not guaranteed)
