JAS Bread Ltd. (COBS Bread) is looking for a Baker

Work Location:

#102 -1169 Mt. Seymour Rd North Vancouver, British Columbia V7H 2Y4

Main Duties

-Prepare dough for loaf bread, buns and Danish pastry, according to recipes.

-Bake mixed dough and batters.

- Decorate and display the finished products.

-Ensure quality of products to meet established standards

-Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.

-Clean and restock workstations and ensure that all equipments are sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

-May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Employment Requirements

Completion of secondary school

English is required

Experience : 7 months to less than 1 year

On-the-job training may be provided

Hours of work :  40 hours per week

Number of position : 1

Benefits: Paid Vacation; 10 Business days

Work condition : $18.00 to 19.00 per hour, Permanent full time
